Ten years ago, we started Zenbarn with a simple idea: bring our neighbors together in an old dairy barn next to where Ari and Noah grew up.

What has transpired since has exceeded anything we could have imagined.

Together, we’ve built a community around music, food, drink, wellness, celebration, connection, and belonging — one that has deeply enriched our lives and, we hope, the lives of the people around us.

Over the past decade, Zenbarn has hosted thousands of concerts, weddings, mitzvahs, birthday parties, memorials, meetings, fundraisers, celebrations, and late nights on the dance floor.

People have fallen in love here — and then gotten married here.

We’ve celebrated milestones together. We’ve experienced heartbreak together. We’ve endured tragedies, weathered hard times, and somehow kept bouncing back stronger.

It hasn’t always been easy. It was never meant to be.

Zenbarn exists because of the people who have walked through these doors, played on this stage, worked behind the bar, danced until closing time, celebrated their families here, supported our crazy ideas, and helped turn an old Vermont dairy barn into something much bigger than a building.

So what else is left to do but throw one hell of a party?
