Many events require advance tickets, while others are free or have tickets available at the door if they haven't sold out. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially for national touring artists.

If an event hasn't sold out, tickets are usually available at the door — but door availability is never guaranteed. Buying in advance is always the safest bet.

Most concerts take place inside our beautifully restored dairy barn, creating an intimate live music experience year-round. During warmer months, we also host outdoor concerts, festivals, patio events, and community gatherings.

It depends on the event. Shows may be general admission standing, general admission with limited seating, fully seated, or cabaret-style. The event listing will indicate the format.

Yes. We offer a full bar featuring craft beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.

Many events are family friendly. Some performances are 18+ or 21+, depending on the artist or event. Age restrictions will always be listed on the event page.

Yes. Zenbarn is wheelchair accessible. If you have accessibility questions or need special accommodations, please contact us before your visit and we'll be happy to help.

Only trained service animals are permitted inside the venue unless an event specifically states otherwise.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically allowed for an event.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for all guests. Parking attendants may assist during larger events.

If an event is postponed, tickets will generally be honored for the new date. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will receive refund information from the ticketing provider.

Come as you are. Most guests dress casually, though some special events may inspire a more festive look. Comfortable shoes are always recommended.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building. Please use designated outdoor areas where permitted.

Stay right at Zenbarn — Make your concert weekend even easier by staying in one of our Airbnb apartments located directly above the venue. Enjoy dinner, drinks, and live music, then simply head upstairs when the night is over.

Nearby hotels include the Fairfield Inn & Suites Waterbury–Stowe, Best Western Plus Waterbury–Stowe, Stagecoach Inn, and Stowe Motel & Snowdrift.

Vacation rentals — The Waterbury and Stowe areas offer hundreds of short-term rental options, many just a short drive away.

Camping — Little River State Park, Waterbury Reservoir Recreation Area, and additional campgrounds throughout the region.

Personal photography is welcome. Professional photography, video recording, flash photography, or recording entire performances may not be permitted depending on the artist.

Please stop by the venue during regular opening hours to inquire about lost items. During busy events our staff may not be able to search immediately, but we'll do our best to reunite you with your belongings if they've been turned in.

Submit your information through our Music Booking Inquiry Form. Include music links, live performance videos, tour history, social media, expected draw, preferred dates, and any other relevant info. Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we're unable to respond to every inquiry.

We ask that all booking inquiries be submitted through our online booking form so every submission is reviewed and nothing gets lost.
